Evening reception

The evening reception at the Yokohama Bay Hotel Tokyu closes the first day of the World Circular Economy Forum 2018. Enjoy an evening full of networking, entertainment, food and refreshments.

The evening starts with a greeting and a toast to the forum.

Food and refreshments will be served, and you will have a chance to taste the traditional Japanese cuisine as well as international treats.

A Kabuki Show, a classical Japanese dance-drama, will entertain the guests, too.

The evening is hosted by the Ministry of the Environment of Japan and The Finnish Innovation Fund, Sitra.

Instructions for finding the venue: 

1. Exit Pacifico from the 2F entrance and head towards the Queen’s Square Yokohama (using a connection bridge).
2. When you enter the Queen’s Square Yokohama, you can find the entrance of The Yokohama Bay Hotel Tokyu on the left-hand side.
3. Use the elevator or the escalator to go to the Queen’s Grand Ballroom (B2F).
