Excursion by the Japan Environmental Sanitation Center

• Date & Time: Wednesday, 24 October  – Excursion by the Japan Environmental Sanitation Center at 2:00 – 5:00 pm (time of departure from meeting point at 1:30 pm） 
• Departure meeting point: TKP Garden City Premium Minato-Mirai, MM Park Building 5F,3-6-3 Minatomirai Nishi-ku, Yokohama-City, Kanagawa Pref. The venue TKP Garden CityPremium Minato-Mirai hosts the 11th 3R
  Conference for Asian Local Governments. All excursion participants should be at the meeting point before the departure at 1:30 pm to confirm their registration.

Tentative schedule:   

1:30 – 2:00 pm: Transfer to venue

2:00 -3:00 pm: Observation of facility. The group will be divided into three groups:

（1）Waste Plastic Recycling facility (Waste Plastic Baling / Production of RPF <Refuse Paper and Plastic Fuel>)

（2）Facility for Organic waste composting / Production of Solid fuel)

（3）Facility for producing Animal Feed from Organic Waste

3:00 – 3:20 pm: Transfer to Incineration Plant

3:20 – 4:30 pm: Observation of Waste-To-Energy Incineration Plant
