Objective            

• Promoting occupational well-being and strengthening the capacity for work

Commissioner              

• Public sector organisations as employers: Local Register Office of Southwest Finland, Aleksia municipal enterprise from Nurmijärvi, Savo Consortium for Education and Ylä-Savon SOTE Joint Municipal Authority

Target group

• Employees of the customer organisations, about 1,600 people in total

Performance indicator

• Sick-leave day (€175/day)
• Organisation-specific reduction in the number of sick leave days compared with the initial situation

Project administrator

• FIM Vaikuttavuussijoitukset Oy (formerly Epiqus Oy)

Service Providers

• Aino Health Management Oy, Headsted Oy and Tietotaito Group Oy

Dates of implementation

• Launched in 2015
• A three-year agreement with each organisation
• The agreement with the last customer organisation will end in spring 2020

• The Finnish Innovation Fund Sitra, We Foundation, Henri Kulvik
