Impact Business afternoon

In this Impact business event investors and public sector procurement experts meet impact pitching entrepreneurs. A wide variety of impact entrepreneurs from Sitra impact accelerator and Vertical and Xedu partner accelerators are presenting to find investments and/or new customers.

Many investors have already made impact investments and in the event Finnish Venture Capital Association and Sitra will publish a fresh survey of impact investing in Finland. We will also hear how European Innvestment Fund (EIF) can invest in impact seeking venture capital funds.

Municipalities and government are ever more careful on what kind of results they want to achieve with the 35 billion euros spent annually on public procurement, especially as the services procurement focus is increasingly moving away from mere outputs to buying results and impact.

Sitra will host the event in co-operation with Fiban, FVCA and FINSIF.
