Heli Nissinen is a versatile communications developer. Heli steers Sitra’s digital communications and is the editor-in-chief of Sitra’s own media, the sitra.fi website.

Heli has worked on four continents in different communications roles and in project co-ordination. Her special interests include international co-operation, the societal effects of technology, and storytelling.
Heli has a Master’s degree from the University of Jyväskylä.

In her free time, Heli enjoys learning about new cultures, the feeling of freedom on kayaking trips and going to gigs. Her secret wish is to one day become a meteorologist.
