Noriko Ishizaka

Noriko Ishizaka runs one of most environmental friendly industrial waste management companies in Japan.

She aims to innovate the industry of waste treatment through excellently transparent management with her sophisticated sensitivity and intelligence. Noriko entered Ishizaka Sangyo Ltd. in 1992 and became president in 2002. To make her company “a company coexisting with nature, technology and human life”, she implemented several management reforms such as establishing an environmentally friendly indoor operation system. She also leads a project to revive the countryside forest. Her works have received prizes such as “Award of Chronology of the Ministry of Education, Culture, Sports, Science and Technology”.
