Satu Rekonen

Satu’s, D.Sc. (Tech.), M.Sc. (Econ.), research focuses on managing explorative innovation projects and on the dynamics of teamwork along innovative projects. She’s passionate in exploring how to maneuver with the ambiguity and diversity that innovative interdisciplinary projects bring forth for the team. In order to support student teams to utilize all the potential it has, Satu has been organizing facilitated feedback sessions in several interdisciplinary courses since 2011. She was granted the Aalto University School of Engineering Award for Achievement in Teaching 2014 for the developed feedback method.
