Sofie Bouteligier knows about policies on waste and sustainable materials management and circular economy.
She works for OVAM, the Public Waste Agency of the Government of Flanders, where she is a policy advisor on European and international policies. She chairs the OECD Working Party on Resource Productivity and Waste and is a member of the Steering Committtee for Belgium in the International Resource Panel. She previously worked as a postdoc researcher and university lecturer on cities and global environmental governance at Wageningen University.
