Wilma Såg

I work as a Junior Specialist in the People and Culture function. My job is very diverse, but my main responsibilities include orientating new employees, developing the onboarding process, and maintaining and enhancing internal HR support. Additionally, my workdays go by doing skills development and workplace communication related tasks.

My educational background includes studying linguistics at university and a Bachelor of Business Administration in HR. I also had the opportunity to study abroad in our neighboring country, Norway!

I am inspired by interacting with people and understanding different perspectives. I am very approachable and often one of the first points of contact when coming to Sitra.
