Published

This report investigates the implications of the Paris climate agreement’s long-term temperature goal for greenhouse gas emissions in Finland and in the European Union. It finds the EU’s targets adopted for 2030 and 2050, and therefore also concerning Finland, are not ambitious enough to achieve the Paris Agreement goals. This implies that ambition levels need to be revised upwards in order to reach the goals set in the Paris Agreement.
