Impact

A far-reaching, long-term societal change. With the term “impact”, we might also particularly refer to actions taken to promote development and progress; in other words, actions that benefit society.  An impact is typically made as the result of different actors and their efforts. Change may be quantifiable and measurable, as well as qualitative and phenomenological.
