Jyri Arponen has deep knowledge on sustainable businesses, internationalization and innovation networks.
He has over twenty years of experience in business development, marketing and financing as well as accelerating companies’ growth and internationalization. In recent years he’s been working with different industries and organisations to identify potentials and benefits to sustainable growth and improve the performance of companies. Now at Sitra, he is directing a circular business program with technology industries. Before joining Sitra, he held the position of CEO in a marketing and advertising agency for eight years and was a member of the board in a global network of advertising agencies. He has held various positions in the Ministry of Trade and Industry and in European Networks with work focusing on SME’s and different business ecosystems.
