Specialist (on long leave), Foresight and Training
I work at Sitra as a specialist in foresight and the development of training programs. My role focuses on linking foresight with decision-making, as well as conducting foresight work related to international politics and EU affairs.

I have diverse experience in international politics and multilateral decision-making from the public sector, as well as in mediation and conflict prevention within the NGO field. I hold a Master’s degree in World Politics and have since developed a strong interest in psychology. In addition to taking a big-picture perspective, I am particularly interested in the psychological and behavioral dimensions of societal change and policymaking.
