Paul Ekins brings theory and practice together in the fields of economics and sustainability.
In 2015 Paul Ekins was awarded an OBE for services to environmental policy. During his career Ekins has done everything from advising the UK government on environmental pollution and the European Commission on resource efficiency, to teaching senior business executives about sustainability leadership. In academia some of Ekins’ main research themes include economic analysis, energy, the environment and public governance.
