Wilma works as a Specialist in the Personnel and Work Culture team. The team ensures that HR management and the work culture at Sitra support the success of the future-oriented organisation.

Wilma’s role includes recruitment, competence development, employment-related advisory, and supporting supervisors and employees at different stages of the employment lifecycle. She values authentic interaction, listening to different perspectives, and helping people navigate a wide range of employment-related questions.

Wilma is motivated by varied tasks and collaboration with people from diverse backgrounds. She is easy to approach and is often one of the first points of contact for those joining Sitra. Wilma is happy to support questions related to recruitment, onboarding, Sitra’s culture, and the employee experience.

In her free time, Wilma enjoys year-round swimming and travelling around the Nordic countries.
